2. Ordering & contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We will confirm acceptance by email. A contract forms when we dispatch your order.

3. Product information
Product descriptions and specifications are provided for guidance. Images are illustrative. Compatibility and suitability remain the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in GBP. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK only unless stated otherwise.
We do not currently deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Highlands.
Dispatch times and delivery estimates are shown on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If an order is placed for a delivery address outside our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel and refund. If it has dispatched, you must follow the returns process.

7. Returns & refunds (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving goods.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable unless faulty.
Refunds are processed after inspection and will be made to the original payment method.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If items arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within a reasonable time with photos where possible. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

9. Age-restricted products
Some products sold on this website are age-restricted under UK law, including but not limited to knives, blades, cutting tools, and similar items.
By purchasing age-restricted products, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and legally permitted to purchase and receive such items.
We may apply age-verification checks at the point of purchase or delivery where required. Delivery of age-restricted products may require age verification and may not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for age-restricted products if age verification cannot be completed or if we reasonably believe the purchaser does not meet legal age requirements.

10. Trade / business customers
If you are buying for business purposes, consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Returns for business customers are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.

11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the products.

All website content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
