Shipping

All delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and delivery service selected.

We offer UK standard and express delivery options. Delivery services and costs are shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Delivery areas

 

We currently deliver to mainland UK only.

We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or the Scottish Highlands.

If an order is placed for a delivery address outside our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Dispatch times

Orders are typically made available for dispatch within one working day.

Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 5pm on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.

For standard UK delivery, orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually made available for dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Dispatch times refer to order processing and handover to the courier, not delivery time.

Delivery methods

Delivery methods available will be shown at checkout. These may include standard and express delivery services.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier, and delivery times may vary depending on location and service level.

Returns

 

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In a resalable condition

Some items may be excluded from returns. Please contact us before returning any item.

Refunds

 

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos where applicable.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
