Shipping Information
We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Free delivery is available on orders over £130 (UK mainland only, after discounts).
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Returns Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tradedealsuk.co.uk for instructions and the correct return address.

For all returns, customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping label unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we will provide instructions for the return.
We do not accept returns without prior contact.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping.
If you change your mind, you are responsible for return postage.
The return address is shown in our footer under the business information section.
Once you contact us, we will provide full return instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
We will notify you once your refund has been issued.
